$60.00 if postmarked before Thursday June 30th 2011.
$57.00 ORA, OTFA, FAQ, TAC Members
$65.00 on Friday July 1st 2011.

10K
$35.00 if postmarked before Thursday, June 30th, 2011; $40.00 on July 1, 2011

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
